Thank you so much for shopping with Lassie Girl! It is our desire to combine fresh, modern designs with comfortable durability to create clothing just right for today's child.

Customer service and making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase is our number one priority. We encourage you to take a few moments to read through our policies as it will provide you with answers to our most common questions and aid you in knowing what to expect when placing an order. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, comments or concerns you may have.

:: When you can expect your order::

Most of our items are made-to-order and all purchases made by midnight Saturday will be shipped the following Friday. We are happy to accommodate special requests for earlier delivery dates when available. We ask that you please notify us at the time of purchase if you need your order by a specific date or earlier than the stated time frame.

:: Shipping ::

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground with tracking or delivery confirmation. Purchases over the amount of $50 will be insured. All international packages are automatically insured for the declared amount on the customs form.

From time to time packages can become delayed or even lost. We ask that you give a minimum of 7 business days after the date of shipment for your order to arrive. If after that time you have not received your package, please notify us as soon as possible. We are NOT responsible for packages once they have left our hands, but we are always more than willing to work to resolve shipping issues if necessary.

:: Gift Wrap ::

All LG orders come dresses in our signature wrapping, ready for any occasion! If you prefer specific birthday, baby or holiday gift wrap, it is available for free on purchases over $50 and for an additional $2/gift on orders under $50. If your gift is being sent directly to the recipient, please let us know so that we can leave the invoice out. A message of your wording can be included.

:: Communication ::

We do our best to reply to your questions as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get back to you within 24 hours Monday - Friday and within 48 hours over the weekend. We are "closed" on Sundays. However, please keep in mind that we do have certain times of the year that are busier than others and communication can be much slower. Your patience is appreciated and just know that each of your e-mails are important and will be replied to in the order received.

We ask that you remember that we are a small cottage business specializing in handmade. There are only a few individuals behind the scenes here at LG and though we try very, very hard to avoid making mistakes, it is more than likely that a few will slip past every now and then. We ask that you kindly bring these things to our attention if necessary and know that a mishap with your order is never, ever intentional. When we do have need to correct a problem, we will do so with the utmost speed possible and will make sure to compensate for any inconvenience caused. Again, our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your ordering experience here.
